The family business of Saint-Avé, 72 employees, build a new building of 1 000m². “New precision engineering machine will be install to strengthen the export. The investment amount: 1 million euros”, says Lionel Guedo, director.
New storage space, new offices and an expansion of the store will be created.
In the Kermelin business area, the employees of Guedo company are working in different workshops. The machines are running at full speed and the mould bases are piling up. “at this moment, 40% of our activity is devoted to german production”, tells the manager.

In 2009, the company faced the economic crisis. But thanks to its development on the Internet and the sale of equipment such as grinders or drills, the company ranks second in France for online sales of tools. “Since 2008, we’ve counted nearly 100,000 customers who have purchased from our site.”
